According to police reports, Troopers located Matthew Mitchell and conducted an investigation that confirmed he was operating his vehicle while impaired. He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks. Mitchell was released on a citation after the arrest.
Mitchell has been charged with DUI, and he is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Superior Court on December 1, 2025, at 8:30 AM.
