These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at vtscout.com and any associated services, including The Daily Scout newsletter (collectively, the “Service”), operated by VT Scout (“VTScout,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility

Newsletter
By subscribing to The Daily Scout you agree to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter. We use Brevo as our newsletter delivery platform; your email is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Advertising
We display advertising on the Service, including through Google AdSense and similar networks. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for any transactions you enter into with advertisers. Sponsored content, when published, is clearly labeled.

Governing law
