Vermont State Police say a traffic stop on US Route 5 in Bradford late on November 14 led to the arrest of 35-year-old Martika Moody of Newbury, who is suspected of driving under the influence. According to police reports, the stop was initiated due to multiple traffic violations observed by the troopers.
Moody was taken into custody after an investigation confirmed that she was operating her vehicle while impaired. Following the arrest, she was transported to the Vermont State Police outpost in Bradford for processing and later released with a citation.
Court records indicate that Moody is charged with DUI and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Court on December 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. These charges are allegations, and the legal proceedings will determine the outcome of the case.
