In Rutland, VT, police say Darcie Allen, 48, was charged with DUI following a motor vehicle stop on November 18, 2025, due to observed impairment indicators
According to police reports, a 48-year-old woman from West Rutland was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Rutland City early on November 18, 2025. The incident occurred around 12:27 a.m. at the intersection of Park Street and Granger Street, where Vermont State Police troopers observed a violation and initiated the stop.
