Vermont State Police say a 73-year-old Vernon resident is facing charges after allegedly trespassing into a home on Pond Road. The incident occurred on October 29, 2025, around 8:15 AM, when police received a report of a male entering a residence without permission.
According to police, Lloyd Mallory entered the dwelling despite being informed that he was not allowed to do so. Following an investigation, authorities cited Mallory for trespassing and released him. He is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on December 2, 2025, at 8:30 AM to address the charges.
