Vermont State Police say a traffic stop on Interstate 91 South in Newbury late on April 11 led to the arrest of a 31-year-old woman from Glencliff, New Hampshire, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to police reports, officers observed a motor vehicle violation around 11:09 PM, prompting the stop. Following the investigation, Hannah E. Miner was taken into custody and processed at the Bradford Outpost. She was subsequently released after receiving a citation for the alleged DUI offense.
According to the report, Miner is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court’s Criminal Division on April 29, 2026, at 8:30 AM. The charges against her are allegations at this stage, and court dates may vary as the case progresses.
