According to police reports, a 20-year-old Jeffersonville resident was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Vermont Route 15. The incident occurred on April 11, 2026, around 11:14 PM, when troopers from the Williston Barracks conducted RADAR speed enforcement. The vehicle was clocked at 70 mph in a 50 mph zone, leading to the traffic stop.
During the stop, police say the juvenile exhibited signs of impairment, prompting officers to conduct a screening. As a result, the individual was arrested on suspicion of DUI and subsequently taken to the Morristown Police Department for processing.
