According to police reports, a 22-year-old man from Jeffersonville was arrested early on March 22, 2026, following a domestic incident that prompted a 911 call. The call reported that the individual was placed in a headlock and had difficulty breathing. Troopers from the Williston Barracks responded to the scene on Deer Run Loop alongside Lamoille County Sheriff’s deputies.
Police say that Phoenix Drake is charged with first-degree aggravated domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services. Investigators determined that Drake had inflicted serious bodily harm on a household member and obstructed their ability to seek help. Following his arrest, he was processed at the Morristown Police Department and subsequently transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans, where he is being held without bail.
