Vermont State Police say a domestic dispute reported on March 29, 2026, at approximately 2:25 PM led to the issuance of citations against two residents of Berkshire. The incident occurred at a home on Montgomery Road, where officers identified the involved parties as 37-year-old Neil Kinney and 48-year-old Delight Kinney.

According to police, their investigation revealed that both individuals allegedly caused bodily injury to another member of the household. As a result, each was charged with domestic assault.
