Taylor showed signs of impairment during the stop, according to police, who cited him for DUI, second offense, and gross negligent operation.
Taylor is scheduled to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on July 23 at 8:30 a.m. The charges are allegations, and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
