According to police reports, a two-vehicle collision occurred on May 5, 2026, at approximately 12:57 p.m. at the intersection of Water Tower Road and Berkshire Center Road in Berkshire, Vermont. The Vermont State Police responded to the scene, where they found a 2022 GMC Sierra and a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, both of which sustained significant damage.

Preliminary investigations revealed that 23-year-old Dylan Pattee of Enosburg was driving the GMC Sierra, which was towing a cargo trailer that incurred damage in the crash. The Silverado, operated by 68-year-old Arthur Lothian of Franklin, suffered front-end damage and was towed from the location due to its condition. Fortunately, neither driver reported any injuries.

The incident was managed on-site with assistance from Larose’s Towing. Both vehicles were inspected for safety compliance following the crash.

This incident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed as of yet. Court dates and further legal proceedings may change as the case develops, and all charges are considered allegations at this stage.
