According to police reports, two Burlington residents were arrested on outstanding warrants at the Putney Park and Ride on October 18, 2025. Vermont State Police say that 46-year-old Allen Pike and 42-year-old Jennifer Monness were taken into custody during a routine check at approximately 1:37 PM.
