According to police reports, several individuals have been cited for allegedly driving with a criminally suspended license during the week of March 18 to March 24, 2026. Among those cited is 37-year-old Robert Shaw of Winooski, who was stopped by Trooper Jacob Clark on March 22 at 9:50 AM on Interstate 89 in Randolph. Shaw is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court of Orange County on April 20, 2026.
Also cited was 36-year-old Dale Clement of Bridgewater, who was pulled over by Trooper Sean Mulderry on US Route 4 and Park Lane in Mendon on March 18 at 8:15 PM. Clement’s court date is set for April 6, 2026, at the Superior Court of Rutland County.
In a separate incident, 30-year-old Tristan Glitman of Rutland was cited after Sergeant Blake Cushing investigated a disabled vehicle on March 21 at 4:40 PM at Business Route 4 and VT Route 3 in Center Rutland. Glitman is expected to appear in court on May 11, 2026.
Lastly, 33-year-old Pierre Laroche of Salisbury was stopped on March 23 at 6:27 PM on Dog Team Rd and US Route 7 in New Haven by Trooper Taylor Demick. He also faces a court date of May 11, 2026, at the Superior Court of Addison County. All charges remain allegations as the cases proceed through the legal system.
