Vermont State Police say that on March 15, 2026, at approximately 4:50 PM, 39-year-old Noah Humphries-Lepage exhibited violent behavior while at the Maplefields store in Marshfield. The incident prompted an investigation by Troopers from the Berlin Barracks, which began the following day.
On March 28, police located Humphries-Lepage at his residence and issued him a citation to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court in the Washington Criminal Division on April 30, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
