Vermont State Police say a traffic stop in St. Johnsbury early on November 15 led to the arrest of a 24-year-old man from Haverhill, New Hampshire, suspected of driving under the influence.
According to police reports, Troopers conducted the stop on Eastern Avenue and Main Street around 1:14 a.m. During the interaction, officers noted signs of impairment in the driver, identified as Patrick Reardon. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Reardon has been charged with DUI refusal and is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on December 1, 2025.
