Ferrisburgh and Brattleboro residents cited for driving with suspended licenses, police say

In Vergennes, police say Peter LeClair, 60, was cited for driving with a criminally suspended license on March 5 and will appear in court on April 27.

According to police reports, two individuals were cited for driving with a criminally suspended license during traffic stops conducted by Vermont State Police on March 5, 2026. Peter LeClair, a 60-year-old resident of Ferrisburgh, was stopped on Monkton Road in Vergennes at 12:32 PM.

In a separate incident that same day, Nathaniel Murano, a 29-year-old from Wilmington, was pulled over on Putney Road in Brattleboro at 11:00 AM. Each driver has been charged with operating a vehicle under a suspended license.

According to police, LeClair is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court of Addison County on April 27, 2026, while Murano is set to appear in the Superior Court of Windham County on March 31, 2026. The charges against both individuals are currently allegations, and their legal proceedings may evolve as the cases progress.
