Bristol man arrested for DUI and violations of release conditions, police say

On April 29, 2026, in Bristol, Vermont, police say Trever W. Foster, 41, was arrested for DUI #4 and two violations of conditions of release.

According to police reports, a traffic stop in Bristol on April 29, 2026, resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old man, Trever W. Foster, from Saint Albans, Vermont, for driving under the influence. The stop occurred at approximately 4:21 PM on Stony Hill Road near Lovers Lane after officers observed a motor vehicle violation.

During the interaction, police say they detected signs of impairment in Foster, who was also found to be violating conditions of his court-ordered release. He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Middlebury Police Department for processing. Following this, Foster was issued a citation and released.

Foster is scheduled to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on June 29, 2026, at 12:30 PM.
