He is scheduled to appear in Rutland Criminal Court on April 2.

Gary Forrest Jr., 51, was also arrested for the same incidents and faces charges of Grand Larceny, two counts of Possession of Stolen Property, and providing false information to police. He is held at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility under a $5,000 bail and is set for court on April 6. Additionally, Travis Bovey, 40, admitted to possessing the stolen UTV and is scheduled to appear in court on June 8 to answer charges of Possession of Stolen Property.

All charges remain allegations as the legal process unfolds.
