Two-vehicle crash in Newbury results in violation citation
On June 15 in Newbury, police say a two-vehicle crash occurred on US Route 5 S when a Toyota Tacoma lost brakes, leading to a collision. Werner Hegemann, 69, was issued a VCVC for a violation of Title 23 VSA 1222. No injuries were reported.
