Rutland woman cited for transporting contraband into detention, police say
On April 23, 2026, Nichole LaFrancois, 27, of Rutland, was cited for Transportation of Contraband into a Place of Detention, according to police. She allegedly brought marijuana and tobacco to the Marble Valley Correctional Center on April 4.
