Vermont State Police say a traffic stop on US Route 7 in New Haven on December 16 led to the arrest of 59-year-old Brenda Rice from Pittsford, Vermont. Authorities initiated the stop around 3:11 PM when they observed signs of impairment in Rice’s driving.
