According to police reports, a serious crash occurred on February 25, 2026, on Interstate 91 South near mile marker 82.4 in Thetford. The incident involved three vehicles, with a 20-year-old driver, Ronin Moulton of Groton, rear-ending a snow plow truck while it was clearing the roadway.
Police say Moulton’s 2009 Ford F150 sustained significant damage, resulting in serious, non-life-threatening injuries for the driver. He was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for treatment. The plow truck, operated by 51-year-old Angela Pero from Thetford, was damaged but did not result in injuries for its passenger, Cameron Jarvis, a 35-year-old from Hartford. A third vehicle, driven by 33-year-old Brynna Riley from Ryegate, avoided the collision without damage.
Following the crash, police issued Moulton a criminal citation for DUI and negligent operation. He also received a violation for lacking liability insurance and additional paperwork related to underage drinking.
