Vermont State Police say a 37-year-old man from Castleton was arrested for violating a relief from abuse order. Timothy Jackson was taken into custody on December 12, 2025, after police received reports of the violation on School Street in Mount Holly. According to police, an investigation confirmed Jackson’s breach of both the relief from abuse order and his court-ordered conditions of release.
Following his arrest, Jackson was processed at the Rutland Barracks. He was subsequently held on $1,000 bail and given additional conditions of release. Jackson has been cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division on December 15, 2025, at 12:30 PM.
