Vermont State Police say a 38-year-old man from Bradford was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on May 4, 2026. The incident occurred on VT Route 25B near Munn Road around 6:32 PM.

According to police reports, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks noticed a vehicle committing a traffic violation and initiated a stop. Upon contact with the driver, identified as Matthew Lund, officers observed signs of impairment. A subsequent investigation indicated that Lund was under the influence of intoxicants while operating the vehicle. He was processed for DUI at the Bradford Outpost and subsequently released with a citation.
