According to police reports, Jean D. Gibson, a resident of Brattleboro, was taken into custody following an investigation that confirmed the suspicion of impairment. Following the arrest, she was processed at the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks. Gibson has been charged with DUI – Drugs and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court’s Windham Criminal Division on July 28, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
