The event occurred on March 12, 2026, around 9:14 PM when officers received reports of a vehicle being operated erratically in Starksboro and Hinesburg.

According to police, the vehicle was pulled over with assistance from the Hinesburg Fire Department, which disabled the vehicle until troopers arrived.
