According to police reports, a disturbance at the Maplefields gas station in Enosburg led to the citation of a 24-year-old man on January 11, 2026. Vermont State Police say Justin Lockerby-Russin, a resident of Franklin, allegedly attempted to provoke a confrontation in the parking lot, resulting in damage to another individual’s vehicle.

Police responded to the scene around 7:55 PM but found that Lockerby-Russin had already left. Following an investigation, officers located him and issued a citation for disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief. The charges stem from the reported altercation involving the victim, Mason Bullock, from Bristol.

Lockerby-Russin is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division on March 9, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
