According to police reports, Lisa Towne, 36, of Rutland, was operating a 2021 Honda Pilot in the passing lane when she struck a 2018 Ford F-150 driven by Todd Smith, 52, of Clarendon. Following the impact, Towne’s vehicle overturned and came to a stop off the west side of the roadway. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and reported no injuries, with no hospital visits required.
