Vermont State Police say a 43-year-old man from Joint Base MDL, New Jersey, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic incident in Westford. On December 24, 2025, around 9:05 PM, officers responded to a report of a vehicle off the road at 1200 VT Route 15.
According to police reports, the investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Benjamin R. McKenna, was operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol.
