Vermont State Police say they responded to the incident at approximately 11:17 PM. Upon arrival, officers identified Wallace Dasilva as the driver and noted signs of impairment. He was subsequently taken into custody on suspicion of DUI. Dasilva was processed at the Berlin Barracks and later released with a citation.
