The crash involved a 2016 Toyota Sienna, driven by 35-year-old Katie Boulanger of Sheldon, and a 2020 Ford Transit Connect operated by a 17-year-old juvenile from Franklin.
According to the report, Boulanger was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident, while the juvenile was restrained. Both drivers sustained suspected minor injuries and were transported to Northwest Medical Center for evaluation.
