Two drivers cited for criminally suspended licenses in Vermont, police say

According to police, Justin Rockwell was stopped by officers during a routine traffic stop and subsequently cited for the alleged offense. He is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Criminal Division on April 28, 2026, at 8:00 AM to address the charges.

In a related incident, police also reported that a 28-year-old St. Albans resident, Cade Ray, was cited for a similar offense on the same day at approximately 6:05 PM. This incident took place at the intersection of Bedard Road and Cedar Drive in Sheldon, Vermont. Ray is set for a court appearance on April 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
