Three-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 in Brattleboro under investigation, police say

In Brattleboro, Vermont, a three-vehicle crash occurred on February 7, 2026, due to operators traveling too fast for snowy conditions, police say.

According to police reports, a three-vehicle crash occurred on February 7, 2026, at approximately 7:54 AM on Interstate 91 Northbound near mile marker 10.4 in Brattleboro, Vermont. The Vermont State Police responded to the incident, which resulted in significant damage to all vehicles involved but no reported injuries.

Police say Collin M. Stamm, 27, of Newington, Connecticut, was driving a 2007 Lexus and lost control while traveling too fast for the snowy conditions. This caused him to collide with two other vehicles: a 2022 Toyota Tacoma driven by Andrew J. Fleming, 31, of Florence, Massachusetts, and a 2013 Audi Q7 operated by Rayhan Razak, 24, of Brooklyn, New York. Both of these vehicles were also traveling at excessive speeds, according to the investigation.

The crash resulted in all three vehicles being totaled, and the roadway was reduced to one lane for about 1.5 hours as emergency responders cleared the scene. The incident remains under investigation, with a civil violation complaint pending against Stamm. Court details and charges may change as the case progresses.
