Vermont State Police say a 31-year-old Swanton resident was arrested on January 12, 2026, after a report of a possible impaired driver led to the discovery of a vehicle with a stolen license plate. Police located the car at 136 St Albans Road, where they identified the driver as Timothy Cassidy.
