Foucher, a 22-year-old resident of North Adams, Massachusetts, has been charged with multiple offenses following a series of car break-ins on Sycamore Lane in Shaftsbury. The incidents were reported on October 14, 2025, when authorities were alerted to thefts from several vehicles, including the unauthorized use of a credit card belonging to 40-year-old Gail Hostetter, a local resident.
Investigations revealed that Foucher allegedly used Hostetter’s credit card for several high-value purchases.
