Vermont State Police say a 15-year-old girl from St. Albans, Elizabeth Smalls, has been reported missing after leaving a friend’s home in Fairfax on Tuesday evening, February 24, 2026. According to police reports, Elizabeth departed with an unidentified male in an unknown vehicle around 8:15 p.m., with the intention of possibly visiting a store. She did not return to either her home or her friend’s residence.

Elizabeth is described as an African American female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 110 pounds, with black hair pulled back. On the night she went missing, she was wearing a tan True Religion hoodie, leggings, and slippers. Police do not consider her disappearance suspicious at this time.
