Vermont State Police say a traffic interaction on December 30, 2025, led to the arrest of a 54-year-old Peacham resident, Kevin Hudson, who is suspected of driving under the influence. The encounter occurred outside the Marshfield Town Clerk’s Office while troopers were addressing an unrelated matter.
According to the report, during their conversation with Hudson, police observed signs of impairment. They determined that he had arrived at the location by vehicle shortly before the interaction. Subsequently, Hudson was arrested on suspicion of DUI and was issued a citation for a court appearance.
Hudson is scheduled to appear in the Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on January 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. The charges against him are allegations at this stage, and the legal proceedings may evolve as the case progresses.
