Vermont State Police say a one-vehicle crash on Route 2 in Grand Isle early on December 3 led to the arrest of a 22-year-old North Hero resident. Jacob Davis was taken into custody around 2:20 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
According to police, officers from the St. Albans barracks responded to the incident and subsequently transported Davis to the station for processing. Following the arrest, he was released with a citation and is scheduled to appear in Grand Isle Court on December 18 to address the DUI charge.
The allegations against Davis are pending, and the court date may be subject to change based on court discretion.
