According to police reports, a traffic stop in Enosburg on January 10, 2026, resulted in the arrest of 42-year-old John Tatro from Sheldon, Vermont. Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks conducted the stop at approximately 11:07 PM on Fourth Street after observing a vehicle committing a motor vehicle violation.

During the stop, authorities discovered that Tatro had an active arrest warrant. He was taken into custody and transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans, where he is being held on $200 bail.
