Vermont State Police say a domestic incident in Cornwall on December 13 led to the arrest of 48-year-old Scott Hirschberg. Authorities responded to a report of suspicious activity on West Street, where they determined Hirschberg had allegedly caused another household member to fear imminent serious bodily injury while a child was present.
According to police, Hirschberg was taken to the New Haven Barracks for processing before being transported to the Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
