According to police reports, a vehicle off the road on Vermont Route 15 in Cambridge early on February 11, 2026, led to the arrest of a 28-year-old man suspected of driving under the influence. The incident occurred around 2:16 a.m. when local emergency services responded to the scene.

The operator, identified as Leighton Green of Johnson, was evaluated by Cambridge EMS, who suspected impairment. After observing multiple signs of impairment, troopers arrested Green on suspicion of DUI. His vehicle, a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander, sustained minor front-end damage, but there were no reported injuries.

Green was taken to the Morristown Police Department for processing and was released with a citation.
