According to police reports, a 46-year-old man from Brownington was arrested on January 19, 2026, for violating court-ordered conditions related to operating a motor vehicle. Vermont State Police responded to a report of an individual found unconscious in an unregistered vehicle on Hunt Hill Road.
Upon investigation, police identified the vehicle’s owner as David Powers. Officers discovered that Powers had been operating the unregistered vehicle on a public highway, contrary to his release conditions.
