According to police reports, a 58-year-old woman from Chicopee, Massachusetts, was arrested for driving under the influence early on February 22, 2026. Vermont State Police say they responded to reports of a vehicle off the roadway on US Route 2 near the Long Trail Parking Lot in Bolton around 12:14 AM.

Upon locating the vehicle, officers identified the driver as Wendy Morin. Police say signs of impairment were evident, leading to her arrest for suspicion of DUI. Morin was processed at the Williston Barracks and subsequently released with a citation.
