Vermont State Police say that two individuals were arrested in Bakersfield on December 5, 2025, during a routine patrol. Troopers encountered Kyrsten St. Martin, 35, of South Burlington, and Kyly Ott, 23, of Richford, at a residence on Academy Lane, both of whom were known to have active warrants for their arrest.
According to police reports, St. Martin was charged with felony forgery, while Ott faces a charge of grand larceny exceeding $900. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility. St. Martin was held on a $2,500 bail and issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Criminal Court on December 8, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Ott was held on a $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on the same date at 1:00 p.m.
