According to police reports, a single-vehicle crash occurred early on November 29 in Shaftsbury, Vermont, involving a 24-year-old man identified as Hunter J. Stratton. The incident took place around 5:58 a.m. on Trumbull Hill Road, where it was initially reported that no occupants were present in the vehicle.
