Westminster woman arrested for DUI – Drugs after traffic stop, police say
Vermont State Police say a traffic stop on Interstate 91 Northbound in Westminster late on November 28 led to the arrest of a 22-year-old woman from Larchmont, New York. Carolina Odar was stopped by troopers around 11:43 PM for a traffic violation, during which officers observed signs of impairment.
According to police, Odar was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. She was processed at the Wilmington Police Department and subsequently released with a citation. Odar is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on February 24, 2026, at 8:30 AM to address the DUI – Drug charge.
These charges are allegations, and court dates may change as the case proceeds. The Vermont State Police remind the public that all individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
