Vermont State Police say a domestic disturbance reported on April 25 at 1160 Sand Hill Road in Georgia led to the arrest of 57-year-old Charles Kendall, a transient. Police responded to the incident and discovered that Kendall had allegedly assaulted multiple residents of the household, violated conditions of his release, and had an outstanding arrest warrant.
According to the report, officers located Kendall at the scene and took him into custody. He is charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated domestic assault, a violation of conditions of release, and an arrest on warrant. Following his arrest, Kendall was lodged at the Northwestern Correctional Facility without bail.
