According to police reports, a 40-year-old man from Richford, Vermont, was arrested on April 22, 2026, during a patrol on Center Street. Vermont State Police say they observed Craig Fuller riding a scooter and were aware of multiple active warrants for his arrest.

Fuller was charged with two counts of petit larceny, each involving amounts of $900 or less, as well as retail theft for items valued at $250 or less. He was taken into custody by the St. Albans Barracks troopers and subsequently transported to the Franklin County Courthouse for a hearing.
