According to police reports, a search warrant executed on April 14, 2026, at 296 South Main Street in Brattleboro led to multiple arrests linked to drug trafficking activities. The operation was carried out by the Vermont Drug Task Force along with several other law enforcement units, including the FBI and Brattleboro Police Department.
During the search, authorities discovered over 100 grams of fentanyl, several grams of cocaine, and several firearms, including a stolen weapon. Mekhi Neal-Lurry, 19, and Jesus Cirino, 20, both from Hartford, CT, face serious charges including trafficking and possession of fentanyl and cocaine, as well as firearm offenses. Each has been held on $50,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Windham Superior Court on April 15, 2026.
Additionally, Jessica Spinella, 42, of Brattleboro, is being held without bail on an active warrant for previous drug-related charges. Travis Caviola and Daniel Lange, both 42 and from Brattleboro, received citations for possession and conspiracy related to cocaine. Brian Brownell, 43, was cited for possession of fentanyl. All individuals are set to appear in court at a later date.
