Vermont State Police say a 71-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence on April 13, 2026. Authorities found Vladimir Zavadil passed out near his vehicle on Grassy Brook Road in Brookline, Windham County, around 3:18 PM.

According to police reports, troopers were alerted to the situation and upon arrival, they identified Zavadil as the driver. While speaking with him, officers observed signs of impairment, leading to his arrest on suspicion of DUI. He was taken to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing.
